Current Issue
Less than a year before the next general elections, the Journal of Science and Research in Defense presents five articles that reveal aspects of our national reality: opportunities but also obstacles that have prevented improvements in the living conditions of our society.
History repeatedly teaches us this truth: we will only transform it with the will of those in power and the involvement of citizens. The decision to take on the challenge of change rests with all Peruvians; the main test has been set for April 12, 2026, when we go to the polls.
