Latest issue of Volume 5 of the journal, which highlights aspects of national security, reaffirming that in Peru there are multiple dimensions of the national reality in which risk scenarios develop. The national peculiarity lies in the increase of problems –in the internal sphere– that affect national security and development, which leads to maintaining the diversity of studies and research that highlight the interdependence of security and development, but does not neglect the analysis of the advance of war, as the case of the use of drones, mercenaries and nuclear plants in the conflict between the Russian Federation and Ukraine. In the anniversary month of CAEN-EPG, its important role in benefiting proposals to optimize our national security, overcoming the adversaries of the Homeland, is highlighted.
